Alexandra Chipu

Alexandra Chipu obtained her LLB from the University of Southampton, UK and afterwards continued to become a member of the Cyprus Bar Association. She has been working as a lawyer in Cyprus since 2011, becoming initially well versed in litigation and then moving on to corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, cross border transactions and restructuring, and immigration and redomiciliation related matters.

Prior to joining KENDRIS she worked as a lawyer for a local firm in Larnaca and then as Partner and Head of the Corporate and Legal division in a boutique accounting and fiduciary firm in Nicosia. Her focus is to provide practical and innovative solutions to her clients.
