Birgit Gudat

Birgit Gudat has extensive expertise as an art historian and in the field of collection management, auction business and museums. She worked for renowned museums, auction houses and private collections for more than 20 years and has thus created an international and active network in the art world. At KENDRIS, she heads the Art Management department. This department manages international and national art collections in all their aspects, including acquisitions and sales, inventory, valuation, research, curatorial services, logistics as well as structuring, financing and escrow services. Together with our experts from the legal and tax team, she constitutes a committee that reviews and assists all art transactions at KENDRIS.
