Nicole Figi

Nicole Figi is a Director in the Legal Advisory Team and holds a Master in Law from the University of Fribourg and an LL.M. in International Economic and Business Law from the University of Zurich. With a focus on Swiss corporate law, she specialises in advising Swiss and international clients on the establishment, reorganisation and liquidation of Swiss companies and provides guidance in various related areas. Nicole Figi further focuses on contract law, advises on employment and social security law matters and is experienced in the set-up and maintenance of Swiss charitable foundations. Moreover, she supports Swiss and international entities and individuals in relocation matters.
