Nikolas Charalambous

As the Managing Director of KENDRIS Capital Limited, Nikolas Charalambous oversees its day-to-day operations. His professional journey commenced in the funds sector, initially with a Fund Administration company in Cyprus before transitioning to roles in Malta and Luxembourg. His career is distinguished by extensive involvement with US and UK funds and asset managers.

During his tenure at the Carlyle Group in Luxembourg, Nikolas served as a Senior Accountant and Fund Management Associate, managing a diverse portfolio valued at approximately €5 billion. Prior to this, he held key positions including CEO, Executive Director, and Head of Portfolio Management at an Alternative Investment Fund Manager.

His expertise spans various sectors including Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt/Credit, Fund of Funds and Hedge funds, encompassing strategies such as buyout, middle market and growth, infrastructure, energy and renewable resources, distressed and special situations, direct lending, energy credit, loans and structured credit, and opportunistic credit. Currently, Nikolas holds multiple Directorships in Alternative Investment Funds and other private corporations.
