KENDRIS expands its presence and appoints three new Directors
The international advisory and fiduciary services firm KENDRIS is on a successful path. In the course of the continuing positive business growth, the company is expanding its presence locally in Zug and internationally in London and has promoted three senior executives to Directors.

As of 1 October, three senior experts are promoted to the rank of «Director»:
Erika Waterhouse as Senior Trust Manager and head of the Private Clients team in Geneva, is responsible for and has extensive experience in implementing and administering complex financial arrangements and fiduciary structures for entrepreneurial and sophisticated UHNW clients whose circumstances require multi-disciplinary competencies. She is a is a fully accredited TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) and has a range of further academic qualifications.
Emelie Mahler is head of the Regulatory Team in Zurich. She specialises in tax transparency matters, most notably the automatic exchange of information under CRS and FATCA, and also advises on other topics such as beneficial owner identification and disclosure as well as intermediary disclosures under MDR/DAC6. Emelie Mahler holds an LL.M. from Uppsala University in Sweden and a CAS «Compliance in Financial Services», Certificate of Advanced Studies IRP-HSG at IRP-HSG (Institut für Rechtswissenschaft und Rechtspraxis), University St. Gallen.
Joël Escher works in the International Private Clients department in Aarau and co-heads the «Accounting & Investment Reporting» competence center. He specializes in financial and securities accounting and has in-depth knowledge of the management and administration of national and international corporations, foundations and trusts. Escher holds a degree in business administration (HF) and is a certified financial advisor (IAF).
Furthermore, KENDRIS has strengthened its Zug location with a long-serving fiduciary expert as of 1 September: Andreas Grossenbacher a Swiss certified fiduciary expert and MAS FH in fiduciary and management consulting, who already previously worked for KENDRIS from 2009 to 2017. As the new Head of Business Advisory & Outsourcing Services Zug, he is responsible for the development and expansion of the corporate clients segment in Central Switzerland.
